Does Scope Glint need inventory integration?
No. gs_scopeglint is fully standalone. It does not use inventory code and works out of the box without bridge changes for inventories like core_inventory.
I get an error after installing. Should I remove the .fxap file?
No. Never remove the .fxap file from escrowed resources. Doing so will break the resource.
The script errors on first start but worked after a restart
Restart the full server after installing the script, not just the individual resource. A full restart resolves most first-install errors.
How does scope glint visibility work?
Glint appears when players aim down sights with configured scoped weapon components. Visibility depends on distance, field of view, and time of day. You can choose sprite or corona rendering in config.
Do I need to edit bridge files for a standard setup?
No. For a normal install, add the resource to server.cfg and configure which weapon components show glint in config.lua. No inventory or framework bridge changes are required.
